This Bock from Mikkeller is called Frelser which means Saviour in Danish. The name is a subtle reference to the Mother of all bocks: Salvator. Originally monks brewed Salvator because they needed a very strong and rich beer to drink whilst fasting during Lent.

Do not drink this beer instead of a meal, it contains 11% alcohol.
