We have thrown in bucket loads of one of our favourite hops Citra, Which is quite a newly developed hop variety only a few years old. The classic weizen typically develops mild sweet banana tones, with the addition of our Citra-hop we have added fresh citrus notes such as grapefruit, lime, tangerine, lemon and if you have an open mind you may also find papayas, pineapples, mangoes, lychees and passion fruit.

It's kind of a firework display from the supermarket's fruit section - go with it. We think it's one of the most refreshing we've made.
