Amager is today perhaps not exactly known for its undulating cornfields, but there was a time when we almost took over Copenhagen - we were none other than the capital's granary. As a tribute to those proud times, we have brewed Amager Harvest Brew, which is as golden as the grain and as fragrant as late summer flowers.

Harvest Brewing is inspired by summer's clemency, but also points to the slightly darker times when you need a beer that is both nourishing and invigorating.

The alcohol is well hidden and seductive, and after three or four of our harvest brews you should end up with a ride in the hay.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, candy sugar, hops, spices and yeast
