Brasserie Thiriez

In the heart of French Flanders, located in an old farmhouse brewery a few kilometres from the Belgian border, the brewery Thiriez was founded in 1996. Since then, Daniel Thiriez has been passionately brewing top quality beers in the charming village of Esquelbecq.

All our beers are brewed respecting the same rules:

1. Ingredients are water, barley or wheat malts, hops, spices (limited to some beers) and yeast. No additives of any kind and no colourings.

2. Top fermentation (18 to 25 °C depending on beers) in stainless steel tanks.

3. Lagering for at least two weeks, then bottling in 33 cl or 75 cl bottles or kegging.

4. The beers are neither filtered nor pasteurised.

5. All beers are bottle conditionned, their taste will evolve over time.
